Terms & Conditions

Before filling up the booking form the customers are requested to go through the “Terms and conditions” carefully of our services to be provided in order to avoid any dis-satisfactions.

  • After receiving the booking form filled in all respects completely, the customers will be provided a confirmation letter regarding reservation accommodation and all other travel and tour facilities followed by operational terms and conditions. After acceptance of the booking form and conveyed confirmation a contract between the customer and the “Kashmir Hamda Tours & Travels” is established. The contract entered into can be withdrawn either of the parties subject to prior communication .
  •  The customer on his own is advised to communicate his requirements to us and if we accepts the requirements of the customer then both the parties are bound to act upon it.
  • In case any dispute arises, the matter will be decided by the jurisdictional court of the travel agency.
  • The alternative facilities will be provided if the original ones as demanded or not complied with. The satisfaction of the customer within monitory considerations are our priorities.
  •  In case of any unavoidable circumstances we are not responsible for any grievances or damage to the customer.  

Payments:

  • Before sending the confirmation invoice the customer has to deposit 30% of the total chargeable amount. The balance amount 70% should be paid before allotment of Hotel, Houseboat and any other tour and travel facility.
  • In case of any change of mind on the part of the customer regarding the facilities offered, the customer has to inform us within 24hrs otherwise the deposited amount will be forfeited. Thereafter the fresh agreement has to be entered into.
  • In case we cancels out the customers Holiday programme. The amount deposited will be refunded only after deduction of contingent charges.

If you cancel your Holiday: Amount of cancellation charge 

  • More than 16 days Deposit only.
  • More than 10 days 50% of holiday cost.
  • More than 07 days 75% of holiday cost.
  • Less than 03 days 100% of holiday cost .

Complaints

In case of any complaint the valuable customer has to brief up his grievances to the Executive so as to get his grievances redressed. Keeping in view abnormal and unavoidable circumstances which may rise due to nature or accident. The complaint must be immediately conveyed through cell phone, telephone or any other communicable address within no time. Later complaints will not be entertained. On spot hearings will be decided within no time.
